Haven’t seen these movies coz i’m really not into samurai fights but looking at that cute chick holding a sword makes me want to check it out. hehe. I’ll check them all out.

Yes…I think it’s credited on the film. I have not seen the anime and I’m glad I haven’t because I didn’t want to spoil this on me. Cinematography in this film is just superb. It may be low budget compared to most Hollywood flicks, but it’s superior compared to what they’re making now. I can’t vouch for all Oriental films to be marketed into the mainstream because HK films will degrade it, but Japanese and Korean films have certain superiority over Hollywood.

I really love Azumi. By the way, do you know that Shinobi is an adaptation of the anime Basilisk w/ slight change on the ending and some characters. I like the Shadowless Sword specially how the girl protect the great king to be.
